Role of the agency
Noire Luxe Sojourns arranges travel with third-party suppliers such as hotels, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, and transport providers. Those suppliers deliver the travel services, and their own terms and conditions apply to your reservation.
Inquiries and reservations
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a trip. Pricing and availability are not secured until the required deposit or payment has been made and confirmed with the supplier.
Pricing, deposits, and payments
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are set by the supplier for each booking and will be provided to you in writing before you confirm.

Confirm any agency service fees, planning fees, or payment-processing terms that apply, and when they are charged.
Travel documents and eligibility
- Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry permissions, and any required health documentation.
- Names on reservations must match government-issued identification exactly.
